Sick For Christmas:(

Well that's right I was SICK for Christmas and trust me I didn't enjoy it. I was feeling good in the morning then around dinner time I didn't feel so good and about an hour later I was feeling better again but it's still not gone. I have a cough and I am not enjoying missing my sleep. It started on the 23 I guess I had a headache, backache and what not. My mom worried about me on Christmas Eve morning at 5:30 in the morning and took me to the ER or whatever you want to call it to see what was wrong with me. The Doctor sent me home with pill if I felt like I had to throw up and that was it. By Saturday I felt good enough to go Layton with my sister, mom, and grandma for a little shopping. I did really good until lunch. I didn't eat much like normal and felt good again. So here I am today with this cough but I know I will get over it soon. I have to, I just have to.

Christmas was a good one other than being sick. I got some great stuff thanks Mel, Mom and Dad, Grandma and Papa, and all my great friends!!! It was just a small Christmas. Just Rory, Rikki, Mom and Dad, and me. Grandma and Papa came for breakfast and stayed until after dinner which was really enjoyable to spend some time with them. Each year we draw names for the kids and the Matt's. This year I had Rikki and she would only tell me she wanted a Wii and Rock Band of which I could not afford so she got a coat. I am so sorry I didn't get you a Wii Rikki but you did get to barrow my DDR so I think all is fair now!!!

Rikki was worried about the roads on the way home Sunday and called two minuets latter saying something made a noise and was smoking in the car she borrowed from a friend(4 wheel drive). So my dad went to take a look and a leaf just got caught in the heater and burned luckily (it could have been so much worse).

Yesterday we found out that one of my Grampa's really goods friends and one of my friends dad was killed by a crane that tipped over in his shop. I feel for the family there are some really little kids and it would be so hard on a family as big as theirs. They are in the Hilliard ward and also in that ward is the Ellingford family that had a 15 years old son berried in an avalanche over in Utah. That would also be so hard. I am sure the Bishop is going to be a very busy man over the next few months, but I know the lord will be with him through this.

So yes there have been a few hard days but I know that these things come at us for a reason and that we can push through them. I hope you all had a very merry Christmas with safe travels and I hope you have a happy new year.

Christmas!!!!

It is official, if you want to go and get some last minute shopping then plan on waiting in lines and not getting what you want. And of coarse if you live in Utah, Wyoming, or Idaho don't even plan on going anywhere because the weather is crap. Rory was going to go to Cheyenne to take his EMT test but the weather has now shut him down twice. Anyhoo I am very excited for Christmas. It will be very small Christmas just 7 of us. I am looking forward to Rikki being here and we wont have to get her from the airport! My mom and I were going to go to Boise today for Leslie's Ultra Sound but we had to cancel because of the weather. I am sad I wont be able to see them but its probably a good thing we didn't go because we have so much to do still. I really don't know what to say except MERRY CHRISTMAS all blog readers!!!!

Christmas/Swimming

Boy do I love Christmas. It is such a fun time to be with family and just take some time off. I am proud to announce that after Friday I will not have school for TWO WEEKS!!! I am so excited. Time off to do what ever and not have to deal with stupid teachers that annoy the crap out of you. Oh I am SO excited (did i mention I am excited). So I am having a tough time blogging. I don't know what to tell you guys out there. I am a boring person I guess. Every one wants to hear about swimming so here is goes. I don't have any pictures of me swimming but times will work right. I had a great year of swimming, and all my times improved by a lot of time.
The 37 years of swimming records are a list of about 50 girls of the past 37 years and the records and what not. I am proud to be on a lot of these lists. It feels good.

200 Free-2:39, second fastest on the team, and #21 on the 37 years of swimming records.
100 Ind. Medley- 1:23, second fastest on the team, and #43 on 37 years
50 Free- 30.72, I should be on the list but he didn't get my fastest time. I don't mind though not my strongest event I guess.
Diving- I'm sad to say there was no diving for me this year. After 6th grade I am still afraid of the board!!
50 Fly- I only got to swim this once at the beginning of the year so it was a 42.82 and not very fast:(
100 Free- 1:11, second fastest on the team #36 on 37 years of swimming.
100 Backstroke- 1:27, fastest on the team, and missed the list by milliseconds:(
100 Breaststroke- 1:36, fastest on the team and didn't make the list but I am surprised I am even the fastest on the team so I am happy.
Our relay team did really well also. It is to bad that Lyman cheated us out of fist. Lyman got first at district and if you saw Lyman you would know that, that is not a team that can beat Evanston. They told my coach he could only score 4 people and nobody else had to, the disqualified our relay team along with all of Evanston's relays except like two! For our disqualification they had to have two officials approve it and only one saw it but we were still disqualified. On our other scoring relay the official told them that they didn't have a two hand breaststroke but didn't disqualify them until the fly person was all the way on the other end. It was sad they had to cheat so they could take first, but I hope they enjoy their first place that wasn't an honest first place. I want you back SONJA. I miss you and think you should be the official for all meets. You don't cheat teams that deserve first place out of fist place. My team worked like none other but it's OK we all know how we swam and what we really deserved!!!

I Here

Don't even worrie I am still alive just super busy. I have a bunch of plans to do post so stay posted. I get out of school on FRIDAY!!! I am so excited. I will have pleanty of time then. So no worries I am still alive.

Grandma Jackson

Everyone in my family has been talking about my grandmother lately. I didn't know why but when I got on Kyle's blog I soon found out why. In 2002 on the 22nd she passes away. I have always missed her. I never knew her to well. I think that is because I lived so far away but I know I loved her anyways. I remember when she died I had the choice to stay with Rikki instead of going up to Washington for her funeral. I chose to go to her funeral. That is something I would never change. It was good to see her one last time. Two thing I miss the most from her is her cooking. She was an amazing cook. What ever you wanted you got it, and it was homemade. Two and this may sound silly was her strickness. She was strickt and I think that is what a lot of the grandkids learned from. If you were having a bad day she was there for you with open arms. She had such a high spirit. I know why no one will ever forget her.

New Computer

We just got a new computer!!! Finally out of the dinoputer (my new word)ages. Now a flat wide screen. Oh its so nice. This one might even work. Our last one had kind of a freak attack and died on us so it was time. Its a HP Pavilion and new and shiny. Well that's it for now. I even got a pic on here. I am so proud of my self. I am actually learning.

BYU.... EWWWW

I just want you all to know that the Cowboys aren't doing so well this year:( But it made my day last week to hear that BYU lost. I was so overjoyed:) I know most of my blog readers love BYU but I have news for them....... LAGOON

Tomarrow I am off with three of my best friends (there would be more but they wont fit in the car!!!!!) and we are going to LAGOON for frightmares. I am so exctited. Do you think I would be doing this in Big Piney right now?????? Nope, one it was to far away, and two I didn't have that many friends to go with. I am so excited. Just me and my friends. It will be loads of fun, and I will get to be just me!!!!! I will not sleep at all tonight. I know I sound like a little kid on christmas eve!!! but I am just so dang exctited. My friends say we are riding on everyride, but they can't force me on some of those rides just not going to happen. Well I thought you might want to share the exctment with me. Homecomming

I am so excited it is homecomming today, and it's raining. Heack ya. That is right awesome game in the rain plus cute guys, could this day get any better. My mom was like I am not going in this rain, but I am riding it out on a hoodie and coat. I went to the parade, it was preaty cool. It surprised, compared to Big Piney this is big. Also some more exciting news is I was acceped into honnor band. I was so excited me being in a new school and everything. Also for you traking Rory on his mission he gets home on the 6th of November. It has been a good week, with all this good news. I will have to tell you if they win tonight.

Nails

How is every one. I am well besides my foot great. Me and my dad are taking the garage door down to put the new one up. Exciting right. Well it was until......... I was backing up and had a nail go all the way though my shoes and up my foot. Ya it hurt. I can't really walk on it but it feels pretty good. No shot though, luckily I got it last year before school started. Evanston is great. I haven't written in a while, I have been so busy though so no time. I have homework pretty much everyday, and lots of it but its that weekend and I am excited. I am going to the high school football game tonight(I will limp around). I am going with my friends to have an even better time. Just thought I would tell you about life and check in with everyone so I would love to hear from you.

Having Fun

This place is so much fun and I enjoy everything here. School is great, and I am learning so much more than I would in Big Piney. I miss Big Piney a lot but Evanston is so much better for me. I have more classes that I like, and I had more choices this year. For this quarter I am taking Comunication Tech, 2 quarter I am taking home ec. and 3rd quarter is SPANISH3. I am so nerves for that class because I have never taken spanish befor and this is everyone else's third year. Then in 4th quarter I am taking interior disighn, but I am considering switching it to spanish dance. Everyone says that is a lot of fun so I will see if they will let me switch. I have had trobble coming up for ideas to put on my blog, I need a lot of help. Come up with some cute Ideas for me!!!!!!!

OK, OK I know I haven't kept up with my blog. I feel bad, but with school and everything, I have been SO busy. I really like this place. I love the whole school its just so interesting. I do enjoy it a lot. I mean cool classes are a bonus, but the cute guy that goes to my school, and he is in my ward is the big bonus. He is cute. I enjoy my ward, and there are some really nice kids it, and I am not the only beehive, yes. I will try to get pics of the big CFR (Carpenter Family Reunion). If I dissapere for a few days don't even be worrie, unless I die:)

Washington

Well were off. We are in Bosie today and we leave in like 5 minuets. We are going to moses lake washington to see all of my family I love so much. I can't wait to see my family, and all of my sisters will be there. The only people we are missing is Rory, and Matt M. (he went to Nashville for work. I will be looking forward to all fun things to do and next year Rory will be there with us. So wish us luck and I will be back in touch soon.

Moved

We are moved well I guess we still have boxes in a storage room. I am greatfull for this move but it is just so hard and I miss everyone in Big Piney, well I guess not EVERYONE for those from piney reading my blog, Big Piney is great and I will always love that place but I think I may have found something I can love just as much. I mean Evanston has some wierdies and what not but between the HOT guys here and the friends I have met here so far I love it, well mostly. By hot I mean amazingly cute guy who works at sonic hot. Plus I have met some new friends that will never do what the people in Big Piney did to me. They are so cool and they are awesome. Well I hope to here from you soon.

I wish I could of gotten some pics of Carissa and Sister Griffin, which we all called her Sister G or momma G. Camp could not of been done without her and her awesome husband who came down to girls camp for a whole week. May I thank Sister Porter, Megan, President Redden, and Bishop Jones. They were all awesome. I hope I will be able to go with these amazing Brothers and Sisters next year. I wish I could have gotten some pic's of the hottest boy at camp. He was there singing for us. He is from Evanston, go figure. It only dawned on me that his dad is in the bishop-brick with my grampa at the Nursing home. He was really cute and guess what that was the only day I forgot my camera. It was great. I hope you all know that I had fun and that I loved every second.

Hello my blogger readers. Tomarow I will be leaving for girls camp at 7:00 in the morning. I had to share my excitment with someone and who is better than cyber space!!!!!! I am so excited. While most girls drag them to the church to get ready for girls camp I will be up early and running around the house while tring not to get to excited. Why am I so excited?
